Notes

1. Unless otherwise stated all rates quoted above are on a Bed & Breakfast basis
2. Dinner will be available on request
3. We offer 7 Double, 2 Triple, 2 Family and 12 Twin Rooms with en-suite bathrooms (mainly showers only, but can accommodate requests for baths)
4. Room facilities include tea / coffee and all rooms are fitted with multi electrical adaptors.
5. Our Rooms are all equipped with ceiling fans but NO TV or telephone
6. WIFI available free of charge

Cancellation Policy

1. A 10% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied if cancellation occurs 22 to 29 days prior to arrival
2. A 30% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied if cancellation occurs 15 to 21 days prior to arrival
3. A 50% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied if cancellation occurs 7 to 14 days prior to arrival
4. A 65% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied if cancellation occurs 3 to 6 days prior to arrival
5. A 80% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied if cancellation occurs 1 to 2 days prior to arrival
6. A 100% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied for a no show

Deposit & Payment

A 50% Depsoit is required to secure your booking and payment in full 7 days prior to arrival of guest / groups unless otherwise agreed
